When Them Demons Cry is a single map MBF21 compatible Doom wad, created for the ENDOOM Mapping Contest 2025, themed after the When They Cry series of visual novels.
Story:
Police request: To: Shishibone Police Department. From: Detective Minoru Kajiwara. Requesting permission to investigate area near dam construction and junkyard near Hinamizawa village in the context of the case of disappearance of two students from Shishibone-city. Okinomiya police department denied to help or even permit to work in that area, so I request not to report them about this. Year '57 Shōwa, 25 September. Request approved.
