Story:
Young Prince Selius possesses a rare aptitude for magic, but when he recklessly misuses his father's spellbook, he unleashes the shadow of his own soul, an act that destroys his family's castle. Fearful of his uncontrollable power, his parents send him away to the Astral Academy, yet even its skilled wizards prove unable to tame his nightmare magic, and the troubled prince eventually escapes. The Academy's headmaster turns to three familiar heroes, Amadeus the absent-minded wizard, Pontius the boastful knight, and Zoya the cunning thief, tasking them with tracking down Selius and bringing him safely back.
