About:
Otomaid @ Cafe is a femboy maid cafe eroge. Kei agrees to take a part-time job at his brother Iori's cafe. Then he learns that it's a maid cafe run by crossdressers, and his cute coworkers are actually boys. He doesn't understand why men would want to wear women's clothing, but he's about to learn.
Story:
When Kei gets accepted into a prestigious university in the city, his older brother Iori offers to let him move into his place, and even offers him a part-time job at his maid cafe. Kei is confused assumes he'll be washing dishes, until learning this maid cafe is staffed entirely by otokonoko (femboy/crossdresser). Initially horrified, his coworkers, the outgoing idol-to-be Aoi, and the aloof dreamer Tsukasa, show him that boys can be the prettiest girls, too. Will Kei come to terms with his new identity, and find love somewhere he'd never considered, or will it all go horribly wrong... Only you can decide!
