Sometimes relationships just aren't built to last. There'll be nothing that burns hotter than a fire enveloping your entire body, but when it calms and the ashes cool, there'll be nothing that feels more cold. Mel and her girlfriend, Lynnie, have been soulbound since elementary school. It was under the guidance of the sun and the moon that they first struck friendship and then eventually love. Now, still under their guidance, they remain inseparable like a tumor to a patient. Mel trails behind her coworker's car. They agreed to head over to her place to 'hang out'.
