Story:

A roguelite football management game designed around meaningful progression in 1-2 hour play sessions, with each season structured as a single run. Your aim is to buy and sell football clubs "flipping" them for profit. Each successful Flip becomes progressively more challenging, with cumulative handicaps that carry forward across runs. Gameplay You’ll buy, develop, and sell clubs. Sign and transfer players. Hire and manage staff. Complete set challenges and navigate financial pressures as you build towards long-term success. Fast, Active Management Designed for quick progression and instant actions, the game encourages frequent decision-making and a steady flow of impactful choices throughout each run. No Match Engine Matches are resolved instantly. Results are determined by your team sheet’s total strength, calculated from the combined skills of your 11 starters, 6 substitutes, 7 coaches, assistant manager, and manager. No Spreadsheet Gameplay Transfers are intentionally lightweight, with strong influence from the manager's philosophy and director's policies rather than complex micromanagement systems. Roguelite Progression Completing challenges across runs unlocks "Club DNA" modifiers, permanent traits attached to clubs that create unique play-styles across each of the different clubs you go on to own. Financial Fair Play (FFP) Clubs must follow Financial Fair Play rules, which limit spending on transfers and wages. Breaking them can lead to penalties such as a transfer ban, points deduction, cup expulsion, and heavy fines. Game Over If you are relegated from the bottom league or go bankrupt, your run ends and you must start again from scratch. A selection of core systems includes: Player face and badge creation Busy inbox filled with random events Player signings and sales Youth intakes and Tryouts Hire and fire staff management Manager philosophies and Director policies Sponsorship deals Stadium and training ground upgrades Challenges that unlocks "Club DNA" (roguelite modifiers) CV achievements and club prestige Shop arrangement Event date planning Club investments Press leaks event (identify the culprit) World Cup result prediction system Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations and enforcement End-of-season team submission (select final 25-player squad)
