What if you knew about something horrible and had the power to prevent it from happening? Doki Doki Relapse is a story filled with humor and emotion, following a semi-sentient protagonist as he attempts to prevent a horrible event from occuring. All the while, he is faced and impeded with numerous other situations involving everybody's favorite literature club! Romance, comedy, and bitter elements all serve to make Relapse's lengthy story a rollercoaster of an experience.

Story:

The faithful Monday at the end of Act 1 where typically MC would find his childhood best friend lifeless in her bedroom is reverted. Spending time with Natsuki to bake cupcakes is reverted. The entire week prior of being at the literature club is reverted sending MC all the way back to the Tuesday morning he first met up with Sayori again...except he remembers everything. MC is sent on a mission to make sure that the events leading up to the end of Act 1 don't happen again all while balancing the other girls' issues that he's determined to help them with. Throughout this, two self aware entities linger in the background, one unknown but looking to help MC and communicate with you (the player), one is the club president still attempting to pull the strings while going through her own major struggles, some even similar to MC's.
